This policy explains what personal information TNHC LLC (“TN Hemp”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit tnhemp.store or buy from us, and how we use it. TNHC LLC is a family-owned business in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee 37122. We sell CBD oil for dogs and ship within the United States only.
What we collect
- Orders. When you place an order we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if you give it), and what you bought. Our store runs on WooCommerce on our own website.
- Payments. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Email list. If you join our list, we save your email address so we can send you updates, deals, and news about our products.
- Contact form. If you use our Contact page, we receive your name, email, order number (if you add one), and your message. A copy is kept on our website so we can follow up.
- Cookies and basic technical data. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. See “Cookies” below.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your orders, including sending order and shipping emails.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To send emails you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to run our business: our payment processor (to take payment), shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS (to deliver your order), and our website host and service providers (to run the site and send email). We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
